We have a new design. I think she's quite beautiful. Shan drew this one and is now putting together the screen for the accompanying story. With any luck, this week will see our mermaid on linen bags and hooded sweatshirts.
We make the screens with this horrifically messy and unreliable process that involves photo emulsion, a fake dark room (our garage), and a photo flood light.
Lots of work, but sometimes they turn out nice. :-)

How do you cut the screen for this? Amazed at the line work.
